- The Eighty30 Custom prosthesis can take up to 4 weeks for fabrication
- This form is designed to be worn against the skin. Specialty pocketed lingerie or mastectomy bras are not needed.
- The Custom Breast Prosthesis (L8035) is covered by most insurance plans including Medicaid (varies by region). Please check with your provider for specific benefit coverage and required documentation such as a doctor’s prescription or letter of medical necessity.
